The key to this meal is simple:
1 serving ground turkey meat
1 serving fire-roasted tomatoes (with the chiles is the best)
*substitute any canned tomatoes*
Add salt, pepper any seasonings you like
Finally drop in one serving of heated-up frozen veggies
You can line the bottom of some big sturdy romaine lettuce leaves with cheese and scoop in some veggies, some turkey and top with a few dallops of 0% Greek Yogurt
Tastes an awful lot like a taco!
All of this comes in at under 400 calories. It's a VERY filling meal.
