Simplest meal ever for lunch or dinner: If you've recently made a batch of Spaghetti Squash (and you SHOULD!), use it as a "pasta" base. Thaw out a good helping of "salad shrimp" (these are the little ones that come fully cooked), warm them up in a pan along with some sort of herby marinade (Ms. Dash has no salt), season them with some Bay/Seafood Seasoning and toss them in with the spaghetti squash. To add some spice, I preseason the squash with a little chili sauce and some I Can't Believe It's Not Butter. Alternatives include a little Smart Balance butter with garlic or any other flavorful combination. This is a very satisfying meal that takes a nice long time to eat and no one can make fun of you for eating rabbit food! =)
