Easy easy. Throw some frozen green beans into a pan (Pammed or not) and turn heat on medium-high. Sautee with a pinch or two of salt, pepper, lemon-pepper (depending on how much you're cooking) and less than 1 tsp sesame oil (dark is best). Just when the beans are beginning to defrost, toss in a tbsp or two of sesame seeds (white will look better than black here)

Pair with poached salmon with Summer Sauce as part of a wonderful evening meal.
