Picture
1 Giant bunch of kale (this only makes one big bowl of chips!!)
Sea Salt
Pepper/lemon pepper
Olive oil (extra virgin?)

Optional seasonings: garlic, parmesan cheese, any cheese, nutritional yeast (don't know about this one, other people like it)

Picture
Tear the kale leaves off of the stem/veins. Attempt 2x bite-sized pieces.

Make sure they are dry. If they have been sprayed in the grocery store, leave them in the oven on "warm" until they are dry.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Spray (seriously get an oil sprayer) the leaves with oil, sprinkle with sea salt and grind on the black pepper (or lemon pepper seasoning). Toss to coat

Picture
Cook at 375 degrees until the kale is crunchy to the touch (about 20-40 minutes)

Just before you're ready to call it a day, take the chips out of the oven and sprinkle with cheese (if you're using it).

Crunch and enjoy. This is probably the healthiest snack I've ever made.
