1 medium sized cucumber (peeled and seeded)
1 small clove garlic (grated) *garlic powder will do fine*
One big handful of cilantro
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt (Fage 0%)
1 lemon (zest and juice)
S+P, lemon pepper
Directions: Blend. =)
This goes really well on salads and pasta and is really refreshing and light.
