Drop your serving of Brussel Sprouts into a pot of boiling water for about 5 minutes. Strain them (or take them out with a slotted spoon) and cut them in half (they should be just getting soft)
While the sprouts boil, microwave or toast up 2 turkey bacon strips and cut into tiny pieces.
Combine turkey and halved sprouts in a bowl and drizzle in favorite dressing (this is a low fat Parmesan Ranch from TJ's)
This meal goes really well with a nice al dente corn on the cob. I happen to enjoy my corn a bit crunchy but if you like your corn nice and soft, go nuts =)
