Asian Style Seasme Scallion Marinade (24 wing sections/12 wings)
2-3 tbsp dark sesame oil (390cals!)
2 tbsp sesame seeds
3 tbsp light soy sauce
3 tbsp rice vinegar (or any white vinegar)
2 tbsp honey (or agave nectar)
4-5 tbsp mustard (depending on how you like it)
2-3 tbsp water
**These are all very subjective measurements, I adjusted the taste by making tiny licks of spoon to determine what it needed**

Chop the wings into sections (or buy the pre-chopped ones!)
From each wing you'll get three sections but the little tiny piece at the end is only good for stocks/soups.

Toss marinade ingredients in a bowl and marinate for 2 hours (or overnight!)

Bake wings at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes, flip the wings and bake for another 15 minutes. At flipping, brush on any marinade that was left in the bowl.
As you can see above, I used a metal rack to prevent the bottom portion of the wings from getting soggy. I placed THAT rack in a baking pan to avoid messes =)

These are great served with a light beer (Blue Moon?) and some Kale Chips.

These Kale Chips have a Low Fat Ranch Dressing drizzled over them.

Hope you enjoy! This meal is perfect for 2 and the wings refrigerate well so you can always pack a few for lunch too!
