No explanations needed here, these are Brussel sprouts with a nice, spicy/salty glaze/sauce.
2 parts balsamic vinegar (2 tbsp)
1 part lite sodium soy sauce (1 tbsp)
1 tsp (or more!) wasabi
Add a drop of water for volume if you need to cover more veggies!

Feel free to play around with the balsamic to soy ratios depending on your salt tolerance.
Great things to add if you're not too worried about calories: sesame oil, sesame seeds, honey.
