Well it aint pretty....and it's only barely tasty but it definitely does the trick when you're craving a "brownie" or want something doughy or chocolaty to crumble into your oatmeal or chocolate.

At about 100 calories for a biiig slice, it could be worse.

Ingredients
1 15oz can black beans (no sodium), drained (reserve liquid)
1.5 ripe bananas
1.5 eggs
1 tbsp agave nectar
1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
1.5 tsp vanilla
1/4+1/8 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/8 cup flour (whole grain pastry)
1/3 cup bing cherries, chopped

Directions
1. Puree black beans. Add a touch of bean liquid if you feel like you're not getting a good spin. Add in the bananas, cut into chunks. Puree again.
2. Add in remaining ingredients, feel free to taste-check.
3. Bake in a pan or casserole dish (sprayed with non-stick spray OR on a piece of parchment paper-my method of choice) at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Don't worry about the cracks, but make sure to cool it completely before cutting.

I think the brownies wound up tasting the best when crumbled into a bowl of yogurt (this one is strawberry)
I think that for an extra few calories, some sort of topping (or some chocolate chips or walnuts inside) would have been worthwhile.
