Picture
1/2 cup 5-grain cereal
One generous handful of a low-sugar fiber cereal of your choice
Two generous handfuls of blueberries
Fill with water until you can just see it through the cereal
Add a splash of milk (optional)
Also optional: chocolate syrup (see product page for my fave!)

This comes in at about 200 calories (if you assume about 80-90 for the 5-grain and another 50 or so for fiber cereal).
